How am I protected as a buyer?
Our top priority is ensuring trust between buyers and sellers. You can shop with confidence on Jawa knowing that all listings are digitally moderated by our in-house PC experts. We review each part or rig listing to make sure it meets our standards of authenticity and fair pricing. If something looks fishy about a listing, we remove it until we speak with the seller and verify it.
What is the Jawa Money Back Guarantee?
We will give you a full refund if your item never arrived or does not match the listing description.
Issues with your order MUST be reported within the 48 hour inspection period to support@jawa.gg via email or by disputing your order from the order status page.
For orders that have not shipped within 3 business days, contact us at support@jawa.gg or submit an order dispute to cancel.
Seller Protections
How am I protected as a Seller?
A big reason we built Jawa is because we know how frustrating it can be to sell your beloved PC parts online only to get scammed or stuck in a months-long dispute process.
At Jawa, we allow up to 2 days after delivery for a buyer to dispute the item. After 2 days, we release the funds to the seller. In case of disputes, our team will work with the buyer and seller to investigate the claim. Here is how you can best be protected:
- Keep all communication about the transaction on the Jawa platform - if you take any communication off platform, ensure you have a record of it with screenshots
- Take photo/video documentation of the item, the serial number, and you packaging the item. This helps with shipping damage claims
- Reach out to the Jawa team immediately if something goes wrong at support@jawa.gg
Returns and Refunds
SUPER IMPORTANT: JAWA IS A MARKETPLACE THAT CONNECTS THE BUYER AND THE SELLER. SALES ARE FINAL. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS IF THE PRODUCT YOU RECEIVE IS NOT AS DESCRIBED IN THE LISTING. YOU MUST INSPECT YOUR PURCHASE AND SUBMIT A CLAIM WITHIN 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
If your order never arrives, or if your item is inauthentic, damaged, defective, or differs significantly from its listing, you will receive a full refund with our Jawa Money Back Guarantee. Just follow these steps to request your refund:
- Contact us at support@jawa.gg within 2 days of receiving your part or file a dispute on your order by logging in to your Jawa account, going to "My Purchases", opening the relevant purchase invoice, and click "Dispute this Purchase".
- If the product needs to be returned, we will arrange for a return shipping label through Jawa or the seller directly.
- Return the product - once it's been verified as received by the seller, we will issue your refund. Please note that refunds can take 5-10 days to process from Stripe (3-5 business days).
In general, we do not currently accept returns for other reasons, but are happy to review issues on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue, please contact us at support@jawa.gg. For additional details, please refer to our Terms of Service.

Can you track purchased items? If so, can you track items that have been checked out as a guest?
Can you issue a refund beyond the 48 hrs window?
If a i buy a item like a 2tb nvme and I dont test it soon enough and it turns out to only be 512gb instead can I still return it or get my money back
