How does inventory sync work?

Connect your eBay account

1. Go to your Inventory Sync page in Settings.
2. Follow the prompts to link your eBay account.

Syncing Process:

Initial Import

Once connected, we’ll import your existing eBay listings. This process may take up to two business days. After completion, you’ll find your imported listings under My Listings.

Ongoing Sync

Your eBay listings will update on Jawa every four hours. This includes:

• New listings added on eBay will be added to Jawa
• Any changes made to existing eBay listings will be reflected on Jawa listings
• If an item is sold on Jawa, the quantity will update to the eBay listing

Editing Listings:

Listings will not be editable on Jawa with the exception of the Description field. If you want to make a change to your listing, please do so on eBay.

What information is imported from eBay?

The following details from your eBay listings will sync to Jawa:

• Title
• Description
• Price
• Photos
• Condition
• Specifications
• Shipping Dimensions
• Shipping Price
• Shipping Price Type: Flat-Rate or Calculated

How to Disable Inventory Sync

Need to disconnect your eBay store? Just email us at email@email.com and our team will disable inventory sync for you.

Note: Disabling inventory sync will not remove previously imported listings.
