Where to start:
The first step is to always notify Jawa of any damage or issues with your sale via support@jawa.gg. Your claim may require information from the buyer that Jawa may assist in gathering as needed.
To file a claim, utilize the link to your policy that was emailed to you by XCover when your shipping label was created. You can also log in to XCover using your Jawa account email - though you will be required to verify your account if it is your first time logging in.
What do I need before submitting a claim?
- Details about what happened.
- Commercial invoice.
- Photo and/or video evidence of the damage.
- Proof that the customer paid for the item(s) shipped
Depending on your claim, XCover may also ask for these documents:
Original shipping receipt. (Email support@jawa.gg to request)
Tracking reference number for return or re-shipping.
Once you have this info ready, it will take you approximately 5 minutes to complete your claim form - the steps will vary based on the type of claim you are submitting.
